Nazdar vsetci, som skutocne zufaly. V sobotu som si kupil diablo 3 a vsetko ok hral som si a kedze som bol na vikend u fotrovcov tak som bol napojený na ich net. Neviem ci to ma nejaky suvis ale ked som dosiel do sc kde byvam uz som sa nemohol prihlasit. Som uplne na nervy, lebo ked aj ziadam zmenu hesla a podobne uz mi nijake maily nechodia. Neviem najst normalny kontakt na battle net a nemozem sa prihlasit ani nic. Sakra mna asi vystre vysolim prachy za originalku a hral som cca 3 dni. Skusal som uz vsetko ale ziadne odpovede mi nechodia mozte prosim poradit .....toto su maily ktore mi dosli z battlenetu ako posledne HELP!!!!

tak já už jsem si jednou taky musel menit heslo a je to tím že blizzard bere každyý příhlašení z nový IP jako pokus o útok na účet
nejdřív se radši koukni od koho je email ( musíto být tohle: Blizzard Entertainment <noreply@battle.net> )
u step 3 klikni na ten odkaz a tam vypln informace co jsi zadával pri registraci toho účtu potom se posuneš dál a tam zadáš nové heslo potom ti jenom prijde e-mail že heslo bylo v pořádku změněno na e-mail co máš registrovaný na battle.net a potom by to už mělo jít(samozřejmě s novým heslem)

Dakujem za odpoved aspon niekto, ale problem je v tom ze ked aj vyplnim ten formular tak mi uz neprijde ziadna odpoved ....jednoducho mi od nich uz neprijde ziadny mail aj ked dam zmenu hesla ci cohokolvek....

tak to fakt nevím zkusil jsi se po zmene hesla prihlasit na battle.net?

ja som ani heslo nemenil lebo mi mail na zmenu neprisiel, tam na zaciatku som uviedol kopiu mailu co mi poslali ale nic na zmenu hesla....

omg rikam ti potom co vypnis formular a kliknes na continue tak se ti nacte stranka se 2 polickama kam napises NOVE heslo odkliknes to a jediny co ti na mail prijde bude mail ze zmena heslo probehla v poradku

ja viem ale ked nan idem tak mi vyhodi furt tu istu tabulku chce odo mna mail , meno , priezvisko, overit key respektive odpoved na otazku a potom nic ....

tak to už fakt bohužel nevím mne tam zmenil heslo, prisel mi email ze zmena probehla v poradku a pak uz jsem nic resit nemusel :{

Seems like you have to change your mail adress then. :)

You can change your Battle.net email address at https://eu.battle.net/login by clicking Change E-mail Address under your profile tab. To proceed with the email change, you will need to confirm the new email address that you would like to have registered along with your password and your Secret Answer.

Please note that an email address can only be used once to create a Battle.net account. Should you wish to create a new Battle.net account with a specific email address that is already in use on an old Battle.net account, you will first need to change the email address on the old account.

If you are unable to do this yourself on your Account Management Page, we can register the change for you. In order to do so, please reply to this ticket and provide the following information in a text document as an attachment (e.g. a Notepad .TXT file):

- Your Battle.net account name (please do NOT send us your password)
- Your full real name
- Your Battle.net secret question and answer
- The new email address that you would like to have registered on the account

pisali mi ze im mam poslat nove udaje ale problem je v tom ze neviem kam ich mam poslat, odpovedal som na tento mail len mi nic neprichadza tak neviem ,,,,

ahoj mam stejny problem ale bohuzel kdyz vyplnim vse co po me chce ajko mail-first name last name a heslo z obrazku tak mi stale nesouhlasi heslo a first name.Da se to nejak jinak?bohuzel ani nevim odpoved na otazku pri registraci:-( potrebuju zmenit otazku nebo heslo..Poradte pls
