Greetings,
For your convenience, we will remove the authenticator pending proper account verification.
Account security is a paramount concern at Blizzard Entertainment. As such we require extensive verification in order to deactivate the Battle.net Authenticator. By phone, you will be asked to provide verification to establish you are the account owner.
To proceed via web ticket, please submit the following documentation in order to deactivate the Battle.net Authenticator (Contact must be coming from the registered Battle.net account):
- A legible photocopy of the identification of the registered account user. Only a valid government issued photo ID or Birth Certificate (for minors only) will be accepted for the registered user. (School IDs are *not* accepted.)
- Battle.net Account Email Address
- World of Warcraft License Name (if applicable)
- Confirmation and acknowledgement that you desire removal of your authenticator.
