We have finished our investigation and we found no evidence that your account is compromised. We have verified that there wasn't any 3rd party access to your account. We have checked your characters and there are no missing items or gold loss.
The recovery webform provides limited information; if you still cannot access your Battle.net account, please create a new Battle.net account at
https://eu.battle.net/ and create a support ticket from the "Support" drop-down menu in the top right corner.
If you are using a Battle.net Authenticator in your account, it might be necessary to resynchronize the device to make it work correctly again. If you are unable to resynchronize it yourself, or if your issue persists after doing so, we can unlink the Authenticator from your account. In order for us to remove your Authenticator you will need to send the following information for account verification in a support ticket:
- Your Battle.net account name
- Full name registered on the account
- Your Battle.net Secret Question and answer
We also require one of the following:
- The serial number of the authenticator
- A legible scan or photo of a piece of government-issued photo identification, such as a passport or driving license matching the first and last name of the registered account owner, as an attachment to your ticket
If you have any additional questions or concerns, you can create a support ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
What does the “Answered” status mean?
- A ticket in “Answered” status means that a Customer Support representative has provided an answer to your ticket.
What can I do next?
- You can click “Need More Help” in-game, after you view the in-game response.
- Or, you can choose the “I still have a problem” option on the ticket detail page. Please note that if you choose this option, your in-game ticket will be converted into a web ticket. It will no longer be viewable in game, but will be visible on the Blizzard Customer Support web site instead."
If you have additional questions or concerns, please log in to the Blizzard Customer Support web site at <
http://www.battle.net/support/>; and reply to the ticket.
Regards,
The Customer Support Team
