Údajný spam

Zdravím, přihodila se mi nepříjemnost, blizzard mi napsal, že spamuju a že kvůli tomu mi zakazuje chat s ostatními hráči, zpráva mi přišla už 6x a nejspíš ještě přijde. Vůbec nechápu jak je to možný, už 4 dny jsem nebyl ve hře a až dnes jsem se připojil a všechno se zdá v pořádku, nejdřív mě napadlo, že mi prolomili heslo, ale nic.
Chci se zeptat, jestli nejsem sám nebo jestli víte proč se tak děje?
Psal jsem už i na podporu, snad se to nějak vyřeší, já mám totiž vyloženě čas, psát do chatu nějaký krávoviny
